Where do I start....I ordered the 45x30 Michael Jordan Last Shot Canvas (Gallery Wrap). The item arrived within a week, which I thought we great; however, I opened the package to find several issues. The item dimensions listed online didn't match what I received (smaller than measurements online). The canvas is very thin and lacks quality. The canvas was also put together pretty sloppy as there was a wave that turned into a sag when you hang it. The company's policy states you can return or exchange an item if there is an issue. So I contacted them by email, I explained everything and asked to exchange my canvas for a new one. 4 days later, no response so I followed up again. I received a response on the 5th day. The company then asked for photos, so I sent photos the same day and asked what the process was. I have sent follow up messages and it has now been two weeks since I've heard back from this joke of a company that lacks customer service and doesn't stand behind their policies listed online. Walgreens does a better job with a 16 year old new hire putting these things together. Buy elsewhere.
Like the quality of the material of the poster very good
This picture frame was damaged at the company that this was shipping at. The packaged wasn't damaged. I'm surprised they shipped this damaged frame picture.
The package came in very quickly and the overall quality is great! Customer service was also fantastic as well.
